We carefully package each vintage and thrifted item to ensure your order arrives safely and ready to enjoy.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or major holidays. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, sales, or new collection drops.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.

Most orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other available shipping providers.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or circumstances outside of Flip Find Waves' control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Combined Shipping

If you purchase multiple items, we may combine shipments whenever possible. Any shipping cost adjustments will be handled at our discretion.

Address Accuracy

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Flip Find Waves is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and tracking shows movement or delivery, Flip Find Waves is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly and reach out to us so we can assist when possible.
